About the Prescriber

Meet Julia Lanni, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Julia Lanni is a Board‑Certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a decade of experience supporting individuals across the mental health spectrum. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2022 after holding various roles, including Mental Health Associate and Registered Nurse throughout her career. Julia has worked in both community mental health and inpatient psychiatric care, giving her a broad understanding of the challenges people face and the support they need. She provides diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and supportive counseling, using evidence‑based approaches and a collaborative style.

Our Services
Initial Visit
60–90 minute Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessments focused on diagnostic evaluation and the development of an initial treatment plan.
Follow up Medication Management
30 minute visits focused on assessment of symptoms and continued review of treatment plan
Supportive Counseling
This is an add‑on service to other visits and may be used when brief supportive counseling or a review of coping skills occurs during the session. Depending on your needs, your provider may also recommend working with a therapist for additional support.

Can I make an appointment if I do not have insurance?
Yes. There is a self pay option if you do not have insurance. Please call or email us directly regarding service fees.
Do you provide therapy?
Julia Lanni is not a clinical therapist. She provides basic supportive counseling when appropriate and based on the client’s needs. If a patient requires a higher level of therapeutic care, they will be referred to a clinical therapist for ongoing treatment.
Do you offer procedural therapies such as ECT, ketamine, or TMs?
At this time, we do not offer these treatments. However, if a procedural therapy is considered appropriate and included in your treatment plan, your provider can place a referral to another qualified clinician.
